To begin with, we would like to extend a warm welcome to your new apartment.
Please take a moment to review the following points:
Please pay close attention to a series of emails sent in the two weeks leading up to your move-in date, as they will contain important information about the current tenants and move-in instructions.
As is standard procedure for move-ins and move-outs, the previous tenants are required to vacate the apartment by 10 AM on the 1st of the month, at which point the new tenants will be able to move in starting at 10 AM..
If you're interested in moving in earlier, please reach out to the current tenants directly to inquire about the possibility. Their contact information will be provided in a follow-up email. This way, you can discuss and arrange for an earlier move-in date that works for both parties.
PLEASE BE AWARE that all previous tenants are legally obligated to clean the apartment before their departure. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that this obligation has been met prior to the key exchange. We recommend scheduling a few visits prior to your move-in date. Please note that we will not be accepting any requests related to cleanliness.
Please review the apartment by-laws here and make sure you understand every item in the by-laws.
If you're planning to sublease, please check this page.
